People I've met.

I've met people all over the world. I'm still amazed that more often than not, they will let me photograph them. I try to learn in their language, " May I take your picture?" In this case, I knew Hindi when I went to visit beggars and sadhus in Rishikesh. I try to find out their names, what they do and how long they have been where they are. I'm genuinely interested in knowing something about them. There usually is something I noticed about them that I wanted to photograph. I'll tell them what it is, or show them on myself. I don't like posing people and often feel shy. But I do walk up to complete strangers regularly at any time and ask to take their picture. And they let me.
